2.1 ShiftSync is a tool that helps you plan, organise, and share your work shifts with friends and groups. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

6.1 ShiftSync, including its name, design, software, and content (excluding your data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

7.1 ShiftSync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will always be available or accurate.

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShiftSync and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

9.1 You may stop using ShiftSync and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the service or other users.

10.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of ShiftSync after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
